Dar Loula Marrakech

This riad offers a choice of six double rooms, all tastefully renovated with guests’ comfort as the main objective. There is one room on the ground floor and five more on the first floor opening onto a gallery around the patio. Each one has a private bathroom finished in tadlakt and split-system air conditioning.

Each room is individually decorated but they are all an open invitation to taste the magic of Arabian nights long ago with their traditional furniture and rich, colourful fabrics.

The light-filled patio is the perfect place for relaxation and watching the world go by. There is a tadlakt fountain surrounded by green plants creating a refreshing ambiance. Leading off the patio are the different communal parts of the guesthouse, a sitting room with an open fireplace, a dining room, a shaded outdoor sitting room plus a treatment area for massages and oriental therapies.

Make the most of the first gentle rays of Marrakesh sunshine by taking a generous breakfast served on the roof terrace of the Riad. The view is a veritable feast for the eyes. In the distance, the peaks of the Atlas Mountains, Agdal gardens, the minaret of the Koutoubia, the ramparts of the royal palace and all the storks’ nests – no one could fail to be moved by the peculiar beauty of the Red City.

Spacious and secluded, the roof terrace is a pleasant place to rest, to read or to have a nap in the Moroccan style lounge with its brightly-coloured mattresses.
